$150 nonrefundable research and planning feeThe standard fee covers one single-destination request for up to 10 travelers and preparation of an initial proposal based on your completed questionnaire. Complex, multi-destination, or group requests may require an additional fee, which must be disclosed in writing and authorized before additional research begins.
