Lyric’s Destinations, LLC (“Lyric’s Destinations,” “LDTG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Lyric’s Destinations Travel Group (LDTG) as part of its program of activities. References to Lyric’s Destinations and LDTG include Lyric’s Destinations, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, independent contractors, affiliated travel advisors, agents, hosts, group leaders, representatives, and assigns.

With the exception of most day trips, all trips and vacations are planned and organized by a dedicated in-house Travel Coordinator.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the standard booking conditions of Lyric’s Destinations, LLC and apply to all travelers, trip participants, and LDTG Insiders.

AGREEMENT

By registering for and participating in any trip, tour, vacation, event, or program organized by Lyric’s Destinations, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Waiver of Limited Liability, on behalf of yourself and all members of your traveling party, including minors.

If participating as a member of LDTG Insiders, you acknowledge that Insiders benefits are supplemental in nature and do not alter these Terms & Conditions, supplier policies, cancellation rules, or refund provisions.

PAYMENT

• A full deposit is required at the time of booking through the official registration form.
• All payments made to Lyric’s Destinations, LLC are non-refundable once booking and planning services are rendered, regardless of payment type, amount, or timing (including deposits, installments, final payments, add-ons, or fees).
• Once a deposit has been made, you will receive confirmation of registration and final payment terms based on your selected payment option.
• If any payment is not received when due, Lyric’s Destinations reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice, and all payments made may be forfeited.
• Lyric’s Destinations works with an extensive network of travel suppliers that may be located outside the United States. Your bank is responsible for determining exchange rates and may charge foreign transaction or international processing fees. Lyric’s Destinations is not liable for currency fluctuations or bank-imposed fees.

TRAVEL INSURANCE (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.

Recommended coverage includes, but is not limited to:

• Emergency medical expenses
• Personal accident
• Emergency evacuation and repatriation
• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Baggage and personal belongings
• Personal liability

Lyric’s Destinations may offer travel insurance at an additional cost. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any loss, cancellation, interruption, delay, medical expense, or other cost incurred.

HEALTH & MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to travel and should consult your physician where appropriate.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any medical, emergency, or repatriation expenses incurred during travel, particularly if travel insurance is not purchased.

DEPARTURE POINT & TIME

It is your responsibility to leave ample time for travel to the departure point.

• International flights: arrive at least three (3) hours prior to departure
• Domestic flights: arrive at least two (2) hours prior to departure

The time shown on your ticket is the time of departure. Lyric’s Destinations cannot refund, rebook, or compensate travelers who miss departures for any reason.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

You are responsible for ensuring that you are in possession of all required travel documentation, including but not limited to passports, visas, entry permits, and health documentation, and that such documentation is valid for all countries you intend to visit.

Lyric’s Destinations is not responsible for expenses incurred, delays, or denial of travel if documentation does not meet required criteria.

U.S. Citizens

A passport is not required for travel within the United States; however, requirements may change and must be verified prior to departure.

All Other Nationalities

Citizens of other countries must verify passport, visa, and entry requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate.

Lyric’s Destinations cannot issue refunds to participants unable to travel due to failure to comply with immigration regulations. Visa applications should be submitted at the earliest opportunity, as processing times may be lengthy.

Once paid in full, LDTG may provide a letter of information (detailing flights, accommodation, payments, and support) to assist with visa applications.

For all trips, travelers must bring all travel documents, insurance information, and materials provided by Lyric’s Destinations at final payment.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• All payments made to Lyric’s Destinations, LLC are non-refundable once booking and planning services are rendered.
• Any refunds or credits, if available, are governed solely by supplier cancellation policies, not by Lyric’s Destinations.
• If you cannot travel, you must notify Lyric’s Destinations immediately in writing.
• Failure to notify Lyric’s Destinations may result in a penalty equivalent to any subsidy or contracted cost paid on your behalf.
• In the unlikely event that your trip is canceled by Lyric’s Destinations or a supplier due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refunds or credits (if any) will be issued strictly in accordance with supplier policies. No compensation will be provided for loss of vacation, time, or incidental expenses.

VARIATION OF BROCHURE

Lyric’s Destinations reserves the right, prior to booking, to vary trip descriptions, departure dates, transportation methods, accommodation categories, and services described in brochures, websites, emails, or promotional materials. You will be notified of any material changes before travel.

ALTERATIONS & ITINERARY CHANGES

After booking, it may occasionally be necessary to change the itinerary due to weather conditions, operational issues, closures, supplier decisions, or travel delays. We ask that travelers remain flexible and cooperative.

Any changes will be made on a like-for-like basis where possible.

Final trip details will be emailed.

BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT

You are responsible for your conduct at all times and agree to indemnify Lyric’s Destinations for any damage, loss, or expense caused by your actions.

You must:

• Participate responsibly and respectfully within the group
• Follow instructions from the Group Leader or Travel Coordinator
• Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety
• Cooperate fully during emergencies

Lyric’s Destinations reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the group experience or jeopardizes safety without refund.

COMPLAINTS & FEEDBACK

Should you experience an issue during your trip, you must notify the Group Leader at the time so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve it.

PANDEMIC / EPIDEMIC ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

You acknowledge that pandemics or epidemics (including COVID-19) may impact travel plans due to supplier actions, government restrictions, or other third parties beyond Lyric’s Destinations’ control.

Supplier cancellation, rebooking, and refund policies govern your rights and remedies. Travel insurance coverage, if purchased, is determined solely by the insurance provider.

You agree to hold harmless and release Lyric’s Destinations, LLC and all associated advisors, agents, contractors, and representatives from any liability, damages, or losses arising from such events.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Lyric’s Destinations, LLC, including its owners, officers, employees, independent contractors, affiliated travel advisors, agents, hosts, group leaders, and representatives, acts solely as a booking and planning agent and does not own or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transportation providers, or tour operators.

Lyric’s Destinations shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, delay, damage, or expense resulting from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, government actions, labor disputes, or pandemics.

Any claim shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Lyric’s Destinations for services rendered.

SUPPLIER TERMS & CONDITIONS

All travel services are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the applicable suppliers.

By booking with Lyric’s Destinations, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all supplier terms. In the event of a conflict between supplier terms and these Terms & Conditions, supplier terms shall govern.

LDTG INSIDERS MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Lyric’s Destinations operates a membership-based travel community known as LDTG Insiders (“Insiders Program”).

The Insiders Program may provide members with benefits including, but not limited to:

• Priority access to select group trips or escorted experiences
• Early announcements or pre-registration opportunities
• Exclusive pricing, perks, or value-added amenities where available
• Invitations to Insiders-only trips, events, or promotions

IMPORTANT INSIDERS DISCLAIMERS

• Membership in LDTG Insiders does not guarantee space on any trip, tour, or event.
• Insiders benefits are subject to availability, supplier participation, and operational constraints.
• Insiders pricing, perks, or benefits may vary by destination, supplier, or departure date and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Insiders benefits do not override supplier terms, cancellation policies, or refund rules.
• Insiders membership fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and separate from trip payments.
• Participation in the Insiders Program does not create a partnership, joint venture, fiduciary duty, or guaranteed service obligation.

GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Lyric’s Destinations, LLC is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, travel services, bookings, or participation in any Lyric’s Destinations or LDTG Insiders program shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within that state, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT & NO ORAL MODIFICATIONS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. No advisor, agent, or representative may modify these Terms unless expressly authorized in writing by Lyric’s Destinations, LLC.

NO GUARANTEE OF EXPERIENCE OR OUTCOMES

Experiences, amenities, weather, service levels, and subjective expectations are not guaranteed.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE & CHECKOUT ACCEPTANCE

By completing checkout, submitting payment, and executing the electronic signature, the traveler provides legally binding acceptance of these Terms.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Submission of a booking, registration form, or participation in the LDTG Insiders Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and applies to Lyric’s Destinations, LLC and all associated advisors, agents, contractors, and representatives acting on its behalf.
