Half Day Walking Tour
Exploring Florence on foot represents the most ingenious and comfortable way to tour this little City, as the majority of monuments and sites of interest are concentrated in a very limited area. Hidden and unnoticed treasures, magnificent and unexpected corners will be disclosed to those who know where to walk in this cradle of Renaissance.
Our expert tour guide will explain details of Florentine life from Roman times to the Middle Ages up to the Renaissance. During this experience you will get to understand how, through the smallest details, Florence has managed to become such a wonderful city and why it has given birth to figures of the caliber of Dante and Michelangelo.
You will have a chance to visit the most interesting locations, pass in front of off-the-beaten-path little churches, and pass the iconic spots of the City, still allowing yourself short detours inside the narrow streets and intriguing alleyways where great craftsmen still work today.
Don’t miss the center of town, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio, take a lunch break or aperitif in the quaint area of Oltrarno. Because Florence's entire center is one of the few spots in the world to have registered as World Heritage by UNESCO, we are sure that this experience will remain for you an unforgettable memory.

Cooking Class & Wine Tasting
Culinary tradition is a protagonist of Tuscan culture, and a major part of the experience visiting the region.
We will be hosted in an organic farm, in the heart of Chianti Classico area. A typical farmhouse where a Tuscan family lives for many generations. It’s a charming setup, surrounded by rows of vines, olive groves, flowers, and vegetable gardens. Here we will have to roll our sleeves up and start cooking our meal. With the help of a local Tuscan-Lady you will learn traditional secrets of our cuisine as well as cooking techniques. Success is guaranteed.
Starters like bruschettas and crostini, cold cuts, cheeses and their pairing with honeys and jams. Pasta, and its fascinating world. We will make our own fresh home-made pasta from scratches, the old-fashioned way with a wooden rolling pin! Since any great meal ends with a dessert, we will be making something traditional to be enjoyed at the end of our lunch too.
A tasting of various wines and spirits produced in the farm is included in the experience, as well as the visit of the property and cellar.

With lunch. Florence tradition in terms of art-craft is rich and dates back to centuries ago! This is the right tour if you want to see some of the most hidden areas of Florence and discover its traditions, its people, its most authentic products and have a perspective out of the usual touristy paths. You will have the opportunity to visit a workshop of a goldsmith which has produced handmade jewels for more than hundreds years. We will then focus on another of the oldest arts in Florence: the Florentine mosaic, born more than 400 years ago thanks to the Medici family who required a sort of "eternal painting" to decorate their Chapel. After mosaics, everybody knows that leather is an excellence in Florence and we will have the chance to visit the Leather school close to the Church of Santa Croce. Here 20 pupils selected every year learn the secret of making a perfect leather bag, belt , wallet or purse. The school has been owned by the same family for about 60 years and still offers the highest quality and excellent manufacture. The tour will be tailored upon the interest of the group!
